IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
Whether in person or on the telephone, in-depth interviews take place between a respondent and Moderator to discuss a topic at length. Thoughtful responses move the conversation forward as details are revealed to richen the research conducted.

FOCUS GROUPS (in person)
Groups, ranging between 6-12 individual participants typically, are assembled to discuss topics in a fluid environment as a Moderator may observe commonalities and differences that exist. Facilities and creative spaces used depending on the topic and research objectives.

ONLINE FOCUS GROUPS
Similar to traditional focus groups, online focus groups have grown in popularity as groups can be assembled representing a more dispersed geography. Participants are comfortable, now more than ever, with this and other virtual research approaches.

ETHNOGRAPHIES
Some organizations learn the most by observing participants in their natural environments. The research is often held in the respondent’s home and can vary in length depending on the behavioral interest of the study. Getting the right participants is key for ethnographies!

PRODUCT PLACEMENT
Trying new products before they are released can be fun and our respondents have tried a wide range of items with various levels of installation or usage skills required. Products may be placed by consumer order placement, bulk shipments to our warehouse, or some manufacturers ship direct.

SHOPALONGS
During a shopalong, a Researcher will accompany a respondent as they shop. Retail environments range by project type and are 100% dependent on the products shopped. Our respondents represent mass merchant shoppers, grocery, club, home improvement, specialty, and more.

USABILITY TESTS
A strong online presence is key for companies and weighing-in on new website designs, navigation, and content is valuable. This approach can be combined with eye tracking so that optimal consumer reactions are captured including attention and gaze metrics and blind spots identified.
